Use of Service
ITAD Finder provides a directory of certified electronics recyclers and ITAD companies. By using this website, you agree to these terms. The directory is provided for informational purposes to help businesses find certified service providers.
Directory Data
Facility information in our directory is sourced from public certification registries maintained by SERI (for R2 certification) and the Basel Action Network (for e-Stewards certification). While we strive for accuracy:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of directory data
- Certification statuses may change between our data updates
- You should independently verify a facility's current certification status before engaging their services
- Listed facilities are not endorsed or recommended by ITAD Finder
Quote Requests
When you submit a quote request through our site, your information may be shared with certified recyclers in your area. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to any transaction between you and a recycler. ITAD Finder is not responsible for the services, pricing, quality, or conduct of any listed facility.
Listing Claims
Facility representatives may claim and update their listing. Claimed listings must contain accurate information. We reserve the right to reject or remove claims that contain false or misleading information.
Limitation of Liability
ITAD Finder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the directory, reliance on directory information, or interactions with listed facilities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
The website design, content, and compilation of directory data are owned by ITAD Finder. Individual facility data is sourced from public registries. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute directory data in bulk without permission.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date.
